01 / PRIVACY OVERVIEW

Built around a simple rule.

Metz does not collect or retain personal user data on its servers through normal use of CompareIt Now.

This policy applies to the CompareIt Now mobile application and related services operated by Metz. Registration is not required and the app does not create a personal account or server-side user profile.

02 / INFORMATION COLLECTION

No personal-data collection.

CompareIt Now does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts or other personal profile information as part of normal app use. Metz does not use the app to build advertising profiles or to track users across services.

03 / APPLICATION & LOCAL DATA

Your task information stays under your control.

If CompareIt Now stores task entries, categories, priorities, deadlines, completion states or preferences, that information is stored locally on your device as part of the app experience. Metz does not receive or retain that local content on its own servers through normal use.

Deleting local records or removing the application from your device removes data according to the controls and storage behavior available on that device.

04 / WEBSITE & THIRD PARTIES

No sale or sharing of personal app data.

Because Metz does not collect personal user data through normal use of CompareIt Now, there is no personal app-data set to sell or share with advertisers. This privacy page itself does not include analytics, advertising pixels, account systems or marketing trackers.

The Google Play store and the user's device or network provider may independently process technical information under their own terms when their services are used. Those services are separate from Metz.

05 / SECURITY

Less data means less exposure.

By not maintaining a personal user-account database for CompareIt Now, Metz reduces the amount of personal information that could be exposed from its systems. Users should still keep their devices secure because locally stored app content remains on the device.

06 / DATA RETENTION

We do not retain your personal app data.

No personal user data is retained by Metz on its servers through normal use of CompareIt Now.

Metz does not maintain a server-side task database or personal account history for the app. Any task or preference data stored locally by the application remains on the user's device and is controlled by the user.

If you voluntarily contact Metz by email, that correspondence may be kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain legitimate business records, or comply with applicable law.

07 / DATA DELETION

No hidden server profile to delete.

Because CompareIt Now does not create a personal account database at Metz, there is normally no server-side user profile requiring deletion.

Local task data can be removed using available app controls and/or by uninstalling the app, depending on the device and app implementation. For information voluntarily sent to Metz by email, you may request deletion where legally applicable by contacting [email protected].

08 / CHILDREN

Not directed to children.

CompareIt Now is not intended for children under 13, or a higher minimum age where required by applicable law. Metz does not knowingly solicit personal information from children through normal use of the app.

09 / POLICY CHANGES

Changes will be stated clearly.

Metz may update this Privacy Policy when the application or legal requirements change. Material revisions will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
